Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Scout7. This policy explains how payments, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are handled for Scout7, operated by fn7 Inc.

1. No-Refund Policy

All payments made to Scout7 are final and non-refundable.

Once a payment is processed, we do not issue refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements, including for:

  • Partial use of a billing period
  • Unused subscription time
  • Plan downgrades
  • Accidental purchases
  • Forgotten or late cancellations

2. Credits

All credits—whether allocated as part of a subscription plan or purchased separately—are non-refundable.

Upon cancellation, any remaining credits (both plan-allocated and purchased) are forfeited at the end of the current billing period. Scout7 has no obligation to refund, reimburse, or compensate for unused credits.


3. Free Trial & Informed Purchase

Scout7 offers a 7-day free trial for all new users.

The trial allows you to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan. Upgrading after the trial confirms that you are satisfied with the service and pricing.

We strongly recommend using the trial fully before purchasing a subscription.


4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancel from the Billing or Account Settings section of your dashboard
  • You are responsible for canceling before the next billing date
  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • After expiry, your account will move to the free plan or be deactivated

Charges made due to late cancellation are non-refundable.


5. Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued if required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
