1. No-Refund Policy
All payments made to fn7 are final and non-refundable.
Once a payment is processed, we do not issue refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements, including for:
- Partial use of a billing period
- Unused subscription time
- Plan downgrades
- Accidental purchases
- Forgotten or late cancellations
2. Free Trial & Informed Purchase
fn7 offers a 7-day free trial for all new users.
The trial allows you to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan. Upgrading after the trial confirms that you are satisfied with the service and pricing.
We strongly recommend using the trial fully before purchasing a subscription.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancel from the Billing or Account Settings section of your dashboard
- You are responsible for canceling before the next billing date
- Access remains active until the end of the current billing period
- After expiry, your account will move to the free plan or be deactivated
Charges made due to late cancellation are non-refundable.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued if required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
