G’day — I’m Murali. For 20+ years I’ve been trusted with technology investments where the returns had to be defended at board level: City West Water’s transformation programme spanning 250+ integrations, Victoria’s rollout of nearly a million smart meters, and healthcare interoperability for New Zealand’s largest shared health IT organisation.
I’ve also sat on the other side of the table — I founded TipoTapp, a serverless low-code platform that was acquired, and as CTO at Forwood Safety I took AI products from concept to revenue, including computer vision that watches live CCTV to keep offshore mining crews safe.
In 2025 I founded Scout7 and engineered its agent platform myself. It isn’t an expensive chatbot: reasoning loops that self-correct, four levels of agent memory, and an embedding-heavy, LLM-light architecture where deterministic systems do most of the work. Those engineering decisions show up in two places — your results and your bill.
