Email deliverability

Email deliverability is how often your emails land in the inbox, instead of in spam or nowhere at all.

Inboxes like Gmail decide where each email goes. They check SPF, DKIM and DMARC, how many people mark your mail as spam, and how many addresses bounce. Each domain builds a sending history over time, which is why a new domain needs warm-up.

An email in spam gets no reply, whatever the subject line says. Keep your spam complaint rate low, remove addresses that bounce, and check emails before you send to a new lead list. Test by sending to your own Gmail and Outlook accounts. Deliverability comes before you can get replies to cold emailssoon.
