Go-to-market (GTM)
Also called GTM.
Go-to-market (GTM) is your plan for how you will reach buyers, sell to them and win your first customers.
It answers four questions: who you sell to (your ideal customer profile), what you say (your positioning), where you reach them (your marketing channels), and how they buy, such as a self-serve signup (product-led growth) or a sales call.
Keep it to one page. Pick one kind of buyer, one message and two channels. Then do 100 actions a day in those channels before you judge. Change the plan only after you have real numbers, until you find product-market fit. The same four questions shape how you market a SaaS product or a B2B business.
