Outreach and sales
Warm outreach
Warm outreach is contacting people who already know you, such as friends, past colleagues, clients or followers.
They are more likely to answer than strangers. You are not asking them to buy. You ask for advice, an intro to someone who fits, or an honest opinion. Many first customers come from this circle or the people it leads to.
List everyone you know, often 200 people or more, and message each one personally. Ask who they know that fits your ideal customer profile. Log every answer in your CRM, send a follow-up, then move on to cold email. It is often the fastest way to get your first B2B clients.
