SERP
Also called Search engine results page.
A SERP, or search engine results page, is the page you see after you search on Google or another search engine.
Today it holds much more than ten blue links: ads, AI Overviews, maps, videos, forum posts and "People also ask" boxes. Where your page shows, and what sits above it, changes your click-through rate.
Search every keyword you target and study the SERP before you write. Note what kinds of pages rank, how long they are, and what questions they miss. If only big brands rank, pick a narrower keyword. Then write a post that answers better than what you found.
